Orders on the site are accepted around the clock. The customer care department works from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 19.00 Moscow time. The rest of the time, our managers, if possible, get in touch to track urgent customer requests.


Only 100% paid orders are shipped. If self-pickup is carried out, payment is possible on the spot, having previously agreed on this issue with the manager. Please remember that we offer you only fresh products, so often they can be produced only after the fact of payment. The term for assembling the order is 3-5 working days.

Delivery within Russia.

Some of the platforms of transport companies are already built into our website, so you can choose the proposed options.
If you find it difficult to choose delivery methods, or there are companies that are more convenient to pick up an order, and they are not available on the automatic payment platform, you can choose the delivery method by SELF. After completing the application, the manager will contact you and agree on the most optimal way. The cost of delivery can be paid additionally after agreement, or on the spot (but then usually transport companies add + 20% to the cost of delivery. For Russian Post, there is no possibility of paying for delivery on the spot).
Delivery is carried out by transport companies CDEK, Boxberry, DHL, GTD, DPD, “Business lines”.

The cost is calculated individually for each order after placing it.

Our manager will calculate the best option and agree on the application for the possibility of import to another country. Each country is considered separately according to the terms of its customs and legislation.

Upon receipt of the Order, we recommend that you do the following:

  1. Check the integrity of the outer packaging (shipping box).
  2. Open the outer packaging and check the contents of the Order for compliance with the ordered one and the absence of external defects in the product packaging. External defects of the Goods are: damaged or crumpled packaging, smudges, chips on the packaging, changed color or structure of the product, sediment, lack of products in a container of more than 1/3.
  3. If the goods in the Order do not correspond to the ordered ones or if there are defects in the Goods, you can draw up an act “on the non-conformity of the goods / not enclosing part of the order” at the point of issue of the TC or in the presence of the courier, take a photo of this information and send it to the mail: > s . priroda @ yandex . ru , indicate the order number and be sure to attach photos:

-photo of the damaged / not corresponding to the declared goods.
-scan / photo of the Act of discrepancies, drawn up in the presence of a courier / in the presence of a TC employee at self-pickup.

4. Only then sign the bill of lading.
Claims for reimbursement are possible only if there is an inspection certificate, since all shipments are insured!

Return of goods and money:
In accordance with paragraph 4 of Art. Art. 26.1. Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-I “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods at any time before the order is completed (the order is transferred to the TC).
If for any reason your paid order (in whole or in part) has been canceled, the funds will be returned within 14 working days, provided that the order has not yet been sent. To return, you must provide the manager with the Internet -shop the following details: order number; FULL NAME.
According to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 19, 1998 N55, perfumes and cosmetics of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged (as amended by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 20.10.1998 N1222).
If, upon receipt of the goods, a document on its proper quality was signed and after that a factory defect was found, this product must be exchanged or returned with compensation for the value of the goods. In this case, you must write an appeal to the email address: s. priroda @yandex. en with the obligatory indication of the topic “Marriage” in the title, which will be discussed in as soon as possible. You must attach a photo of the product to the letter, indicate the order number.
